LOOKING FOR A PLACE FOR A MONTH OR TWO?

In order to meet Your expectations, we created a new offer - possiblity of a long-term stay. It is intended for guests, who are looking for a place to stay for at least one month.

Thanks to new offer of House of St. Simon, our guests gained an oppoturnity to accomodate in single room for at least one month (28 days) for a total prize of 1500 zlotys. The prize includes room rental and utilities, as well as weekly: cleaning, towels and bed linen exchange (on the date, earlier agreed with the guest). Rooms are furnished with single bed (with dimesions of 90X200 cm), wardrobe, commode, table and chairs. Each room has its own bathroom, TV set, fridge as well as electrical kettle. Our guests have access to wired and wireless Internet connection. There is a possibility of adding microwave oven and set of dishes to Your room if neccessary, but we encourage to use those avaliable for all the guests in the corridors.

At the beginning of the second quarter of 2021, we are going to open a new kitchen, which will make our services complete. Until then, we offer our guests a possibility to order breakfasts and dinners from catering company, directly to their room (more information is avaliable at the reception). On request,, room amenities and prize can be adjusted for two or three people, if schedule makes it possible.

For guests using our long-term rental option, we prepared special prize for parking place – 200 zlotys for one month.
Free parking place for Guest who is rent a room from January to April 2021!

You can create long-term reservation by phone or by email. After creating new reservation, our guests must make prepayment (200 zlotys) within the time limit of three working days and pay rest of the prize, ten days before check-in. Both payments are reservation insurance and can not be returned.
